Evereve, a contemporary women’s fashion retailer, faced a critical inflection point despite aggressive marketing and retail expansion efforts. Growth had stalled, customer acquisition was slipping, and retention was on the decline, signaling a disconnect between the brand and its target audience. Misperceived as a fast-fashion juniors brand, Evereve was losing traction with the modern, style-conscious 35-55 yo women it aimed to serve.
